- Remove .gitlab-ci.yml (duplicative with Gitea Actions workflow)
- Add lookup_geo() unit tests with mocked MaxMind reader (4 tests)
- Expand README.md Testing section with backend/frontend/CI docs
- Add CLAUDE.md with test framework documentation
