robot dc87dabbc3 fix(release): use actual GITEA_TOKEN instead of hardcoded 'Bearer ***' ...

The publish-release step had 'Authorization: Bearer ***' which would
never work. Replaced with 'Authorization: token ' so it
pulls from the workflow env var correctly.
