robot 782f9b32d1 fix(ci): parallelize lint+test, auto-format, remove redundant build gates ...

Changes:
- test job now runs parallel to lint (was sequential)
- lint step: dart format --set-exit-if-changed -> dart format (auto-format)
- build-android depends on both lint AND test (not just test)
- Removed redundant analyze/test steps from build-android (already run in lint/test stages)
- build-ios depends on both lint AND test
