- Revert runner labels: [self-hosted, linux, x64] → ubuntu-latest
  (runners register as ubuntu-latest, not self-hosted)
- Restore Android SDK setup: use Adoptium JDK download +
  commandlinetools (was broken apt install)
- Restore lint/test steps matching proven working version
- Release pipeline: matching proven working configuration

This matches run #42 (commit 38279ed) which passed all 4 stages.
