robot	0fc01646ac	perf(ci): use pre-built container image for Android builds ... - Add .devcontainer/ci.Dockerfile: bakes Flutter, JDK 17, Android SDK, and flutter precache --android into a single Docker image (~2GB, built once) - ci.yml: build-android uses kryz-ci:latest container — removes 8 redundant SDK download steps (Java 17, Flutter, Android SDK, precache, licenses) that account for ~35-40 min of the 40-min container spin-up time - release.yml: build-android uses kryz-ci:latest container — same reduction from 13 steps to 8. Also fixes hardcoded 'token ***' -> '$GITEA_TOKEN' - devcontainer.json: simplified postCreateCommand (removed venv, pip, claude) and cleaned up invalid JSON (comments, empty mounts array) Estimated impact: 40min -> 5-10min first run (with pre-built image), ~2-3min subsequent runs (Docker layer caching)	2026-08-03 08:25:50 +00:00
robot	a512795064	fix(ci): add if: always() to build-android/build-ios so they run after continue-on-error lint/test ... continue-on-error marks the job as failure, which skips downstream needs: jobs. robot	be7c44c4c4	fix(ci): restore reliable Flutter SDK download + fix release.yml token hardcoding ... - Revert subosito/flutter-action to direct Flutter SDK download (action was failing on Magrathea runner, works inconsistently across runners) - Fix release.yml: replace 3x hardcoded 'token ***' with $GITEA_TOKEN env var for Gitea release API calls - Fix release.yml: replace GitHub-specific actions (setup-java, setup-python, upload-artifact) with manual SDK downloads - Update Dockerfile: Flutter 3.41.8 -> 3.44.0, tarball instead of git clone, removed unnecessary packages (cmake, clang, pip, pipx, lld, mesa-utils), JRE headless instead of full JDK - Simplify release.yml publish-release: single step to create Gitea release (artifact upload pending storage configuration)	2026-08-03 00:45:29 +00:00
