Adds a tag-triggered Gitea release workflow (.github/workflows/release.yml) that on v* pushes builds the extension, packages dist/ into a vidplex-<tag>.zip, and posts a Gitea release with the attachment via GITEA_TOKEN/GITEA_API secrets (gracefully skips if the secret is unset).
