kfj001 9b66ceb862 docs: rewrite README to describe FlowerCMS marketing site 
Remove inaccurate Docker/Nginx deployment claims, admin credentials,
stale project-root path, and marketing.html references; document the
actual static site (index.html landing page, screenshot gallery,
convert.py, and server.py).
